Google AdSense — DHL tracking now visible again
After invisible around 4-6 months (I forgot how long it was ..) a DHL tracking code that help AdSense publishers check the document location service area in a given time, this day after I logged on in AdSense I saw this Air Way Bill was visible again. And then I continued it checking my document, OMG it still in London!
Some publishers maybe doesn’t pay attention too much regarding the importance of this tracking code, mostly because their addresses are inside coverage area of DHL. So they just relax and the package/document will be delivered right infront their door.
But for me, the tracking code is very important! I live in a suburban that is not in their delivery coverage, so they uses 3rd party to send my document to my house, but it usually takes longer than 2 days. Would you imagine, that the package goes from Ireland to Indonesia for only 7-8 days, while in the same province (Jogja) it needs 2-3 days?
So I better to ’self collect’ the packages, but if I don’t have tracking code in hand then the Customer Service WILL NOT looking for my package, they have their own reason and I totally understand the reason, which is privacy!
So for publishers that live in suburban like I do, it probably is a good news!
